RETURN / RESTOCKING POLICY

  • Credit will not be given if our MKL label has been removed!
     

  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
     

  • The MKL RETURN FORM (attached below) must accompany all returns.
     

  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid within 15 days of receiving product.
     

  • If you have any questions about returns, please call or email us before shipping.
     

  • Special order parts are non-returnable. (unless determined by MKL technician to be defective)
     

  • Items received without an MKL-R# are assumed to be exchange items and credit will not be given.
     

  • All returns must have an MKL-R# to be able to be processed. (email or call our offices for your MKL-R#)
     

  • All items must be returned as sold. Any evidence of tampering will result in a rejection of refund request.
