RETURN / RESTOCKING POLICY

• Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• No credit if MKL label has been removed
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid within 15 days of receiving product.  
• If you have any questions about returns, please call or email us.
• Special order parts are non-returnable. (unless determined by MKL technician to be defective)  
• Items received without an MKL-R# will be recognized as exchange items and credit will not be given.
• All returns must have an MKL-R# to be able to be processed. (email or call our offices for your MKL-R#)
  
• All items must be returned as sold.
• Any evidence of tampering will result in a rejection of refund request.
