On-Site Installation & Repair Service (within U.S.)
- Travel time: $ 110.00 per hour ($900/day maximum) / (1 hr minimum)
- Field Service: $ 175.00 per hour ($1,400/day maximum)
Remote Diagnostics Service
- MKL engineers interact with you and your computer via internet to diagnose problems. Save time and travel costs for system diagnosis.
- $200.00 for first 30 minutes (accumulated not continuous)
- $100.00 per 30 minutes additional. (Call to schedule - based on availability)
Phone
- MKL engineers interact with you via phone to diagnose problems. Save time and travel costs for system diagnosis.
- $150.00 for first 30 minutes (accumulated not continuous)
