New Equipment

• All new equipment comes with original manufacturer’s warranty. (Vary by manufacturer - contact for more information)
• We begin refurbishment on most systems upon receipt of an order. Time will vary from 2-6 weeks depending on the system ordered and our order backlog. If you require urgent delivery, please give us a call! We always try to accommodate special situations.

Used & Refurbished Equipment

• A 90 day PARTS ONLY warranty is standard on all refurbished equipment.
• Equipment includes operating manuals, software, cables, and cassettes as specified by the manufacturer.
• Equipment that is sold by MKL is completely refurbished and tested.
• In the even that a part fails within 180 days, MKL will supply the replacement part(s) at 50% off Manufacturer pricing.
• The equipment warranty period begins 15 days after receipt of the equipment.
• MKL also offers tech support via email or telephone by MKL technicians.
• Internet remote diagnostic support via www.yugma.com included during warranty period.
